Newsbrief: Bastion developer Supergiant Games has revealed that its critically acclaimed download title has now surpassed half a million copies sold. The company's Greg Kasavin said on the game's official blog that holiday sales on both Steam and Xbox Live Arcade helped push sales over the 500,000 units milestone across both the Xbox 360 and PC versions combined. "We're happy to have this many people playing and to be in a position to make more games on our own terms," he noted. "When we set out to make Bastion, a sales number like that seemed astronomical to us, so it feels great to have hit that mark."
