Since Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions was announced last week, we've seen quite a bunch of in-game screenshots that give us a good idea of what the game wil llook like, as well as the gameplay trailer that shows off some over the top football matches.
Over the top matches is exactly what the Captain Tsubasa anime is all about, to be quite fair, and both Bandai Namco and developer Tamsoft have done a great job capturing the essence of both the original anime, as well as the new series that has been airing since 2018.
Thanks to GameSpot, we have now a gameplay video for Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions, which gives us a bit over eight minutes of over the top football like only Captain Tsubasa can deliver; further proving that this is not your regular football game.
