If there were a word to describe the mind of legendary game developer Hideo Kojima, it would have to be enigmatic. From his earliest work on Metal Gear Solid to his most recent solo venture with Death Stranding, Kojima is to gaming what Christopher Nolan is to film.
When Kojima announced that he was going to be working on his solo project, Death Stranding, many began to speculate on how an idea like this could top the possibilities that were presented in the canceled Silent Hills title. Rather than surpass expectations, Death Stranding was, instead, a cerebral exploration that raised big questions in a game with a simple objective.
For some time now, there has been speculation that Kojima Productions was beginning work on a new project; however, there was no confirmation as to whether or not it was true. Well, thanks to the company's official Twitter, a post was made as a call to any and all creative minds to apply to their new project. With 25 open slots, there is something for everyone that is looking to get into the world of Kojima Productions.
There is no look as to what the new game could be about, but whatever it will be will not only be well worth the wait but also have the makings of an instant classic. We would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!
