The UK Writer's Guild has honored Enslaved: Odyssey to the West and writers Alex Garland and Tameem Antoniades with its 2011 award for Best Video Game. The writing team won over two other shortlisted authors: Splash Damage writer-designer Edward Stern and former game journalist and The Curfew writer Kieron Gillen.
