MASS EFFECT LEGENDARY EDITION Release Date Has Seemingly Leaked Online By European Retailer

A Mass Effect collection had been rumoured for quite a while, as retailers all over the world kept accidentally listing this alleged collection on their websites, although neither BioWare nor Electronic Arts addressed this, but fans knew that the game was all but confirmed at that point. 

This past Saturday BioWare and Electronic Arts officially announced Mass Effect Legendary Edition, rwhich includes enhanced versions of the first three titles in the critically acclaimed Mass Effect series.

The developers also revealed that this phenomenal collection would be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, but that it wouldn't be hitting store shelves until Spring of next year; an official release date, however, was not given.

As it turns out, we may now have a tentative relase date for Mass Effect Legendary Edition, as the launch date has seemingly leaked by, you guessed it, a video game retailer — although it is still best to take this news wit ha pinch of salt until BioWare or Electronic Arts officially confirm or deny this information.

This information comes from a thread on Reddit posted by user u/Reqqu — and shout-outs to the people over at AltChar for the heads up — who noticed that Mass Effect Legendary Edition was listed by Finland based retailer VPD, which reveals that the game could possibly launch on Friday the 23rd of April, 2021.

According to the information on VPD, this release date applies to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S versions of Mass Effect Legendary Edition; no PC, for some reason.

Now, why would we actually believe this information? Well, we shouldn't, Mass Effect Legendary Edition was leaked by retailers, so the release date for the game could well be legitimate as far as we know.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition is expected to release for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in Spring of 2021.
