Square Enix has revealed the official PC system requirements for OCTOPATH TRAVELER 0. And, as I suspected, the game will be using the Denuvo anti-tamper tech. So, with this out of the way, let’s take a look at the PC specs.
OCTOPATH TRAVELER 0 will be a prequel to OCTOPATH TRAVELER. The game will have two brand-new features for the series. The first one is the character creation system. For the first time ever, you will get to become the hero. The second is the town-building mechanics. Players will rebuild their hometown to their vision and invite their allies and those they meet on their travels to move in.
The Break and Boost system will also return. Players will enjoy thrilling and strategic command-based battles using an 8-character party. They will form their very own party from over 30 different travellers.
To run it, PC gamers will at least need an AMD Ryzen 3 2300X or Intel Core i3-8100 with 8GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon RX 470, or an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960. With this PC setup, you will be able to run it at 1080p/Low Settings with 30FPS.
For gaming at 1080p/Ultra with 60FPS, you’ll need an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 or Intel Core i5-8400 with 16GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon RX 5600XT, or an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070, or an Intel Arc A580.
Square Enix will release OCTOPATH TRAVELER 0 on December 4.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
