RESIDENT EVIL 3: Upcoming Remake To Feature More Rearranged Elements Than RESIDENT EVIL 2, Producers Reveal
After officially announcing that the long-rumoured Resident Evil 3 remake was, indeed, a reality, the developer has been sharing a lot of information about the upcoming survival-horror title; from slightly redesigns to Jill Valentine and Carlos Oliveira to giving information about gameplay mechanics themselves.

The latest, and juicy, bit of information comes from Resident Evil 3 Producers Masao Kawada and Peter J. Fabiano — who have revealed, during a recent inteview with Famitsu, that this upcoming title will feature rearranged elements in the same vein of the remake of Resident Evil 2

What's interesting about this is that the changes in the Resident Evil 2 remake were almost imperceptible to players who hadn't played the original game in a while, but they were different enough to make it feel like a different experience for those who have replayed the original more than once.

Resident Evil 3 will also be more action-oriented than Resident Evil 2 so these changes may actually fit the game's slightly renewed gameplay style. With all that said, the original Resident Evil 3 was also slightly more action-oriented than its predecessor.

Resident Evil 3 comes to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC beginning April 3rd, 2020! Return to Raccoon City as Jill Valentine escapes an unstoppable pursuer in this re-imagining of the survival horror classic.

Resident Evil 3 is expected to release for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on the 3rd of April in 2020.
