Super Mario Galaxy Unreal Engine 5 PC Fan Tech Demo Released

Now here is something truly special for our Mario fans. YouTube’s Syrus212 has recreated the Gateway Galaxy from Super Mario Galaxy in Unreal Engine 5. Not only that, but you can go ahead and download this fan demo, so that you can try it yourselves.

I strongly suggest downloading this fan demo right now. Stop reading and get it while it’s still up. We all know Nintendo. So, if this story goes viral, it’s 100% guaranteed it will take it down. So, before that happens, you should download and save it.

Going into slightly more details, this fan demo lets you explore the Gateway Galaxy. Players will control Mario, and they will be able to run and jump. The planet also has various places to visit. Not only that, but the artist has used the original voice of Mario from Super Mario Galaxy. Yup, this won’t stay up for long.

You can download this fan-made tech demo from this link. Since it’s unlikely we’ll ever get an official PC version of Super Mario Galaxy, it’s really cool to see a fan remake like this. It would also be fun to compare this version with the original game running on PC at 4K using an emulator.

Speaking of Unreal Engine 5, we recommend trying out these other free fan-made demos. You can grab a Superman UE5 Demo, a Halo 3: ODST Remake, and a Spider-Man UE5 Demo. There’s also a fan-made version of STALKER in Unreal Engine 5. If you love old-school FPS games, you should check out this remake of the classic FPS Blood in Epic’s engine.

And that’s not all. There is a cool remake of Halo: Combat Evolved’s Halo level in UE5 that you can download. Or how about this free Attack on Titan game? Then we have the fan remakes for Dino Crisis 2 and MediEvil 2. Plus, there is an amazing fan remake of Sonic Adventure 2, called Sonic Adventure 2 Redux. Oh, and let’s not forget the amazing ports of Skyrim and Oblivion.

Owners of high-end GPUs can also try these two tech demos. The first one features a Witcher-like environment. The second shows off a Rome Italian Town. Last month, we also shared a demo of King’s Field 2 in UE5. Finally, we have The Lord of the Rings: Conquest Reimagined in Unreal Engine 5, a remake of Flappy Bird, a demo for Need for Speed: Underground 2, and a Diablo 2 Remake Demo. They all look awesome, so be sure to give them a try.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
